There are two songs I've been listening over and over lately, one has the above as its starting lyrics.

We are divided in so many aspects of our lives, to other people, other groups and even to ourselves. We need to stand up and fight this division. We need to unite within ourselves and unite together. When we all function as one, we accomplish great things.
