Clarification on R&C Release

There has been a lot of confusion or unsure information coming from various sources around the Web. Here's the official status:

The official release date is still October 30^th. Because of unexpected speed in disc production (duplication), some retailers are getting their shipments early. They have been authorised to start selling the game starting the 23^rd.
