I just saw a bunch of these on TV and thought they were brilliant. If you can get my advertisement-critical-mind to the "off" position and make me enjoy a commercial, you did a great job!

An Update That Bites Back
Bad pun once again...
For those curious, my gums are healing well—slowly but surely. I kind of panicked in the middle of the night Sunday when I was struck with sharp pain on my right side. Pain went away and was sensitive for a few days. Since yesterday, I feel no pain and no sensitivity where both teeth once were.
The holes are slowly getting smaller, but not small enough that I can eat small things again like rice or ground beef. I have to watch what I eat, still eating some soft stuff like Jell-O and pudding, but I do eat things like soft sandwiches and some soups.
Horrible timing though. I'm supposed to get my Tipple Flute (Irish Flute) this week. I can't play any flute for at least another week.

Hmmm Textures
I recently had to work on an aged effect at work. For that I needed textures, but to my dismay, I had none in my archives. So I went around the office taking a bunch of random stuff. I liked some of the results.
My two favorites are now posted on my DeviantArt page.
I have some ideas of other useful and great looking textures I want to take.
UPDATE: I added a third texture above.

The Mystery Revealed
About a week ago, I posted a mysterious calendar that looked like it was hinting at something happening today... what could it be?
Could it be to note the final episode of CSI that is going to feature Grissom tonight? Nope...
Today, my deep wisdom has been cut by half. I got my two upper wisdom teeth pulled out.
It really didn't take much time and I didn't feel anything. Both were erupted and both had cone-shaped roots (as seen in the pic). My mouth is still numb and I'm bitting on two cotton gauzes. It's not bleeding much, and I'm on a 48 hour special diet and rest.

LocoRoco 2 Cheaper Than The Original
Sony announced this week that LocoRoco 2 is going to have the same treatment as Patapon, meaning that it's going to be the insane price of $20 upon release. This is great news for budget gamers.

Prinny Premium Box Details
One of the upcoming PSP releases I'm really looking forward to is [PSP] Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero?. Not only is it in the Disgaea universe (which rocks!) but it's also going to be the very first PSP Premium Box game.
Premium Box? Yes, as in bundled with a bunch of awesome stuff. Today NIS announced the details of three (yes, three) Premium Box Bundles.
The Ultra Dessert Set
Premium Box Set [$39.99 USD]:

Shake It!
Yes, shake that gaming itch off!... ok, lame but there's a reason for this.
I recently completed [PSP] Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. I decided to also clear a few other games off of my backlog. Currently working on [PSP] Killzone: Liberation. I used to love this game and find it challenging. Now, I don't know why, I feel kind of jaded about it. Without much effort, I cleared two whole chapters and if it wasn't for the downloaded content, I would be one mission away from finishing it. I'm probably going to finish tomorrow.
On another gaming note, I wanted to give more love to my Wii. My brother was in the hospital for a few days, and in one of the conversations, I mentionned that in half of the period I've had my Wii, my PS3 had over twice the games. [Wow, that's a long sentence] I started to feel bad about it. It's sad really, maybe with the newly made-public patent by Nintendo, it will stop feeling like Nintendo is forsaking us (the gamers).
For the past few months, I've been looking all over the city to rent [Wii] Wario Land: Shake It. Almost every single week since late September, I've looked for the darn game. Well, I said "screw it" and bought it. It's now official. In twice the time I've had my Wii compared to my PS3, I now have half the games that my PS3 have.
I may post my impressions on a later post. But, as you may know, don't hold your breath.

Small Update
Just a little update about what's been happening around my world. I'm not even sure this is even going to get posted. The snowstorm hasn't hit us yet, and my internet is already acting flaky... We'll just see what happens.
I finally finished [PSP] Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. I've been wanting to finish it for a while, but I was really stuck somewhere in the game (lost and underpowered), and I lent the game to Mimi. But, now it's over. Incredible game, great gameplay, Epic story and ending.
This weekend I'm going to be working on making a scaled floor plan of the apartment so I can start figuring out a good furniture layout. I want to decorate, but I first need a great layout for mah stuffz. I got two great ideas, maybe more will spawn with the plan in front of me.
Lastly, if you're like me, meaning interested in digital arts, photography, multimedia design, graphic design/creation, web development... basically, everything multimedia, check out Layers Magazine. I've was subscribed to it at the office and recently renewed (subscriptions expired right as the Health Authority's restructuration was announced) and I simply love this magazine...
EDIT: It posted!
